Publish names of all looters, SERAP tells FG
1. We welcome the release of more names of alleged looters by @FMICNigeria as ordered by Justice Shagari & as we demanded this morning. However, Justice Shagari specifically ordered @AsoRock to “publish the names of all suspected looters of the public treasury past and present.”
2. Justice Shagari also ordered @FMICNigeria @AsoRock to publish widely the circumstances under which stolen public funds were returned. So we urge @FMICNigeria to add more names to the list as ordered, & explain to Nigerians the circumstances under which the funds were returned.
