Adetokunbo Mumuni, a lawyer, and SERAP’s Executive Director has previously worked on the Constitutional Rights Project (CRP) Lawyers Committee and helped contribute to the pro-bono program of the organization. He initiated SERAP’s initial work with local governments in Lagos and provides leadership for SERAP’s various monitoring and advocacy projects.

Eze Anaba is a journalist for several years standing. Eze is currently the editor of the Vanguard newspaper. Eze has a Masters's degree in Mass Communication at the University of Leicester in the UK, and was on the board of the Media Rights Agenda for several years and acted as the editor of its journal. Eze brings to SERAP rich practical experiences and knowledge, having worked in Nigeria during its most difficult era, and after the transition to democracy in 1999.

Dr. Kolawole Olaniyan currently works as Legal Adviser at Amnesty International in London. Dr. Olaniyan has published extensively in the areas of corruption and human rights.
His book on Systemic Corruption and Human Rights Law in Africa, based on his doctoral dissertation at the University of Notre Dame, USA, is now being published. Before joining Amnesty, Dr. Olaniyan worked for several years as the Head of the Legal Services Unit of the Constitutional Rights Project (CRP), one of Nigeria’s leading human rights organizations.
